Turkey has walked out of talks with Israel Military Industries for an upgrade package for the M60 tank fleet. The Israelis wanted at least $700 million; the Turks would pay no more than $600 million. General Dynamics and the Ukraine are both submitting new bids to upgrade the Turkish M60 fleet.--Stephen V Cole
