The US Army has issued a $202 million contract to United Defense. This contract covers 70 new M2A3 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles, 26 Bradley Fire Support Vehicles used by artillery forward observers, kits to convert 110 existing Bradley Fire Support Vehicles to the Operation Desert Storm version, and kits to convert 60 existing Bradleys to the Operation Desert Storm variant.--Stephen V Cole
