Lockheed Martin Corporation (LockMart). is donating $25,000 to the U.S. Naval Academy's Center for the Study of Military Ethics. LockMart has had a number of scrapes with ethical lapses in it's dealings with the government. The Naval Academy has also had some high profile problems with midshipman ethics of late. This led to a local observer noting that this contribution was a case of "the lame leading the blind."
